Meditation
In times like these, there are a lot of people experiencing loneliness, tension, heartbreak, confusion, or are simply out of touch. Many of us believe in the power of prayer and have seen proof of it in our daily lives; but what about meditation?
My name is Anna Lankford. I personally have been meditating for about a year. It's helped, I guess. I don't think these two things should be compared. Prayer and meditation both work but meditation has different benefits so imagine if we did both.
With all the people dealing with challenging times, it's comforting to know that none of us are really alone. There are also people who need healing for whatever reason. It's almost Christmas and all of us are really excited. Well, I am too but it's bittersweet this year because my oldest son broke his ankle yesterday. As parents we wish we could protect our kids from everything but accidents happen. I just did a meditation on my youtube channel and as usual, I was having technical difficulties but I'm figuring all this stuff out as I go just like everyone else out there who does whatever it is they do.
This video is timeless which means a year from now if someone you know needs healing you can use it to send healing to your loved one. Thanks for being a member here and for supporting the flex movement. Original Meditation
